I could talk to SEC about training, focusing some of their people. It might not do too much immediately, or for this situation, but it could ward against others.

I'm not here to mount an effort to overhaul SEC. I'm just telling you what the situation looks like.

Watch him. He'll treat it as a game. You can look back through the network at his behavior: that is as mature as it ever is, and only gets more malicious, not competent. If he gives anyone anything he's made or enchanted, run it by me first before anyone uses it. If nothing happens and he behaves, I'll be shocked, but relieved. I would rather nothing come of this, but as you can see based on what I've told you, it would have been unthinkable for me to say nothing.

I appreciate the warning. Considering the position he has it was necessary.

What is he likely to make or enchant? Is there any way of knowing?

Anything he offers is likely to be enchanted. I imagine he'll say so, anyway, he's fond of himself and would like you to know how very clever he thinks he is.

I'll keep that in mind.

Has he hurt anyone else here that you've heard of?

I've heard he assaulted someone else from our world who is here, but I'm not sure of the circumstances. Otherwise I haven't been looking. I would have been happier to keep this whole thing private, to be honest. But it's obviously gone beyond me now.

Keeping it private wouldn't allow anything to change.
